His Majesty the King will open Noordeinde Palace and the adjacent Royal Stables to the public from 16 July to 3 August 2025. A total of 43,000 visitors, will be able to visit the King's working palace this summer and learn about the rich history and contemporary fuction of this cultural heritage. Especially for children, there will be an interactive multimedia tour of Noordeinde Palace and a treasure hunt at the Royal Stables.

Noordeinde Palace and the Royal Stables can be visited together with a combination ticket of € 15 on the basis of a pre-purchased admission ticket on a chosen date and time. This ticket will be valid upon presentation of a valid ID upon entry. It is also possible to visit them separately. In that case, the entrance ticket for Noordeinde Palace costs € 10, for the Royal Stables it is € 7,50.
Entrance is free of charge for people under 18, but an entrance ticket needs to be booked in advance. A maximum of six tickets can be purchased per booking. Noordeinde Palace and the Royal Stables can be visited for three weeks, from 16 July to 3 August 2024 from Wednesday to Sunday. Noordeinde Palace is open those days from 9.30am to 5pm and the Royal Stables from 12pm to 5pm.

Visitors to Noordeinde Palace get to see the so-called Corps de Logis, the rooms the king uses for receptions. These include the Great Ballroom, where the ‘Appeltjes van Oranje’ are awarded every year, the Balcony Room and Putti Room. During the visit you will receive a free multimedia tour with a welcome speech by His Majesty the King and on which employees of the Royal Household will tell you about their work in the palace.

In the Royal Stables, you can see the royal horses and the coaches, like the Golden Coach and the Glass Coach. Various historic and modern cars will be on display and information panels and public videos tell visitors more about traditions, history and current use of all vehicles.

For children (8+), there is a multimedia tour at Noordeinde Palace this year (in dutch only). At the Royal Stables, children can use a treasure hunt to learn about traditions and the historical and modern transportation of members of the Royal Family.
